Carrot Express recently opened their 23rd location in Miami’s oldest neighborhood, Coconut Grove. Carrot Express currently has more than 20 locations in South Florida and three NYC outposts. The Coconut Grove eatery replaced the former Saffron at Grove space tucked away on 2982 Grand Ave., Miami, FL 33133. The healthy oasis offers indoor and outdoor seating along with take-out and delivery available through their app.
The nourishing hub features something for every kind of dietary restriction in addition to its vast and expansive menu including a wide range of salads, smoothies, bowls, wraps, fresh pressed juices and smoothies. Founded in 1993, owner Mario Laufer saw the lack of nutritious cuisine in Miami Beach and started serving a balance of delicious and healthy fare inside a gas station on Alton Road in South Beach. Carrot Express prides itself on using natural, high-quality ingredients and offering options for every diet. Continuing on his health-conscious journey, Laufer has been on a mission to create nutritious dishes with a flavorful twist. All locations also recently added a new Ciabatta Sandwiches.
